At Greenhill Park Residential Care Home, our primary aim is that residents live in a clean, comfortable and safe environment and are treated with respect and sensitivity to their individual needs and abilities. Staff are responsive to the individual needs of residents and will provide the appropriate degree of care to ensure the highest possible quality of life within the home.

We also fully believe in promoting independence: residents and family are involved in planning individual care requirements and daily routines, enabling opportunities for residents to maintain as much control over their daily life as possible. Residents are supported to make choices regarding where they have their meals, when to get up and when to go to bed and what activities they wish to take part in. Family and friends are made welcome and refreshments are always offered.

Cusine & Dining

Food is prepared by our chefs, using fresh locally sourced produce cooked to an extremely high standard.  There is always a choice of menus and special diets are catered for.  The kitchen has been awarded a five star hygiene rating by Wychavon District Council.

Care & Staff

We are committed to providing the best possible training to all our staff. All care staff within the home are appropriately qualified to deliver the highest standards of care. A continuous staff training programme is implemented to ensure that these high standards are maintained in line with the latest initiatives and developments in care practices.

Activities

We provide an extensive range of activities within the home and garden with our activities co-ordinator, we enjoy celebrating special calendar events with residents, their friends and families, together with regular outings such as shopping, garden centres, pub lunches, theatre etc.

Community Values

Residents are supported to take part in everyday activities, to this end sessions for cooking and gardening are held frequently. Residents are able to assist in setting the tables, folding laundry and other domestic duties if they so wish.

We have regular in-house entertainers, speciality shows, music for health, pets as therapy, slide shows, magician, keyboard/vocalist to name but a few.

Residents spiritual needs are met by in-house church services every other week.
